Intake, Raw Water Balancing Tank, Treatment Plant, Pumping Main, Balancing Reservoir.

The present total capacity of the Sg Terip Stage 1 and 2 Water Treatment Plants is about 37 Mgd (168 Mld) and supplies water to Bandar Seremban, Port Dickson and Nilai. In anticipation of rapid development in the supply area, an additional phase need to be built since the present treatment plant output will not be able to meet the anticipated additional demand.


Negeri Sembilan State Government appointed BW Perunding Sdn Bhd to be the Engineering Consultant for detailed investigations, design and supervision of the project. The rapid growth in water demand in Negeri Sembilan has necessitated an increase
in water treatment facilites.

Sg Terip Phase III WTP with 25 Mgd (114Mld) at 20 hours operation output capacity is implemented to supplement the existing system.
